The absolute best part of the adventure was Ahmed our tour guide. He was amazingly good and attentive and knowledgeable about Aswan where he lives and Luxor where some of his family lives. Just fabulous 4 days. One night in Luxor we left the boat and walked along the port area down to the Luxor Museum and back. We returned a few hours later to the boat and found Ahmed waiting for us as if he were our parent waiting for his kids to come home for the night. Such a great host.
